The couple running this gem was helpful, going out of their way to provide fantastic recommendations for local dining and fun adventures. Every breakfast was a good treat, with delicious options that made mornings something to look forward to.

My stay was overshadowed by several disappointing factors. The ventilation in my room was quite poor, leading to a damp, uncomfortable environment, which made it hard to relax. I also encountered issues with rough towels that felt abrasive, and I frequently found the timing for breakfast to be off, causing delays that impacted my morning plans. Overall, I struggled to appreciate my time when simple comforts were overlooked.

this place, Ecoresort Gran Azul, was a major letdown. first off, I had serious issues with the breakfast timing—staff just dragging their feet. Plus, my towels were so rough they felt like sandpaper. I almost thought of giving a glowing review until I realized I was treated like everyone else when I expected VIP treatment.
